I had a great stay at this hotel, the staff was very helpful and kind. Fiona went above and beyond to assist me in going to the exhibition. The room was clean and the facilities were good. They even extended my check out time to allow me to relax a bit more during my stay.
Couldn't stay longer.

Great stay! the room was impeccably clean with fantastic facilities, including a helpful and kind staff member Fiona. the hotel's location was amazing, with easy access to the nearby exhibition and attractions. the room's view was breathtaking, and the variety of black tea during breakfast was something to remember. Highly recommend this hotel to future travelers!

Good room and facilities! Staff extended my check out time which was really helpful. One staff member was really kind and helped me a lot with directions to the exhibition.
The lack of English-speaking staff was a real problem. It was difficult to communicate with anyone, except for one person.

The room was good and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. the staff was accommodating and extended our check-out time, which was very helpful. We especially appreciated the assistance of one particular staff member, who went out of her way to help us with directions to a nearby exhibition.
The language barrier made communication difficult as no one except one staff member spoke basic English. the breakfast offered limited variety, and only coffee was available.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and well-maintained, and I appreciated the extra comfort provided by the heating and air conditioning. The soundproofed rooms made for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location near the exhibition center was very convenient for me, and the staff, especially Fiona, went above and beyond to assist me with directions and suggestions. The free toiletries and ironing facilities were a nice touch, and I enjoyed the welcome drink offered upon arrival.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
